"I purchased my first Bike back in '05. ('04 Yamaha wr450f)
it's been a great bike, ( when I get to ride it...red sticker )..now it's time to go shopping again, but this time, for my son. And I alrady know that I'll get the same top notch service this time, as I did before. I worked out a great deal with Jeff, He and the crew did a fantastic job with my time and finances. "I started dealing with Jeff Leggit and mach 1 about 5 years ago. my friend Chris informed me of the shop and how great he had always been treated and that i should give them a try. Since then i have purchased several dirt bikes and 1 on off road bike all from mach-1. I now have 4-ktm's and a pit bike in my garage. I must say that everyone from sales, parts and service have went above the call of duty to help me with anything i need. "I was told if there wasnt anything nice to say don't say anything. However, even though I was a bit disappointed in how my last transaction went donw there are still great things abou this dealership. First the service department has one of the best mechanics around - Rob - He definately knows his stuff. Secondly, Mike in parts and accessories IS ALWAYS attentive as well as lawrence ( I think thats how he spells his name.) James in sales is a super dude and doesn't prejudge potential buyers. Las bu tnot least, Jeff really genuinely cares about people in general, just not how quick and easy a deal can be put together. Thats my review and impression of my last bike purchase there. I still shop there, because there are some really great people there. Enough said."

"Sevice does it again. I'm relatively new to the motorcycle scene and wasnt sure about which motor cycle tires to buy, so I called parts and asked them what tire best suited my cruiser - wanting grip and longevity. Due to a miscommunication the wrong size front tire was ordered. (The front tire on the V-Star 1100s vary depending on model.) To make a long story short, they had the right tire the next day and installed them while I waited. They took care of everything, no paperwork hassles, no attitudes, just excellent service. This is the definition of of excellence in Customer service. _By the way - need a personal guru for all things motrocycle - ask for Rob or Ken."

"I was a little reluctant to try a new shop for service, but these guys bent over backwards to help me out with a tow. I have since used their shop 2 times now and I am vey happy with the level of competent mechanics. Findind decent m/c mechanics is tough, yet Mach One has some good ones and I will use them exclusively from now on. Also, their parts dept is super helpful and friendly. This has really turned into an excellent dealership."

" My name is anthony giacobbe and i have been going to mach 1 for the past fife or six years now and they are the best dealer arround. I drive all the way from Bodega Bay to mach 1, a hour and a half drive, for my parts because I no there service and support is the best. jeff has been helping me out with my racing now for a cupple years and i cant say enough about the guy. He is extreemly hepfull with any questions I have about parts and what not. Brandon is also a big help ordering all the parts and stuff and staying on top of the order info. "If there were a million stars available sales and service would still be off the charts. After my going into the Mach1 dealership for almost a year, asking a ton of questions without buying (and always getting my questions answered by their highly professional and friendly staff) I finally bought my bike. I thought they might have just been friendly so I would buy something, boy was I wrong. First, I purchased a pre-owned 1100 V-Star custom for below the prices I had found on craigslist and cycle trader. The bikes I found were the same year, the same approximate mileage and trim level and about 1.5 k higher than what I got mine for. Even though I didn’t have all my cash together, Chris still worked with me in order for me to procure the bike of my dreams, and even James happily answered a few of my questions (when Chris was out) even though he knew Chris was my sales consultant. Secondly, there was a Dynatech module under the seat that quit working properly after I took delivery (unknown by Chris at the time of sale - I test rode it before I signed the final papers). When I began having challenges with the bike I called Ken, the service manager concerning my concerns. He told me there was a 2-week wait list before he could get to it, but to bring it in anyway and he would try to find the time, before then, to get to it - no promises. That Saturday he had his master mechanic Rob find time to see if they could get me back on the road. We'll Rob got to work putting my bike through an extensive diagnostic test and also made sure the Yamaha recall was done (the pillion seat) properly. To make a potentially long story short, even though my bike wasn’t a "NEW" purchase, I was treaded like I had just bought the most expensive bike in the showroom; they took excellent care of me. Even Chris was concerned enough to check with me even though the sale was already said and done. Needless to say, I'm back on the road, my bike now purrs (even in 100 degree weather) and my service appointment is still a week away.
Some dealerships I’ve been to take care of you before the sale, and dismiss you after the sale is over, MACH1 is consistently excellent before AND after the sale.
THANK YOU MACH1 !!!!!!!!! There aren’t enough stars to do you guys justice. Not only do you sell a very fine product, you stand behind it. You have definitely earned my business for as long as I remain able to ride. You have my business and I'm going to tell everyone I know how great you all are. Your excellent reputation is nothing short of totally accurate (although a little modest if my experience is any indication of how you treat people).
